Sara, LOVE the quotes. Thanks for sharing! I’ve used #10 on more than one occasion. =)

  2. julane hiebert says :

I found one this morning that has quickly become my favorite:

“The only reason I’m fat, is because a tiny body could never store all this personality!!”

  3. Susan Mires (@susanmires) says :

Some good ones here! One of my favorites, though I can’t remember who to credit: “A ship in harbor is safe, but that’s not what ships are for.”

  4. Lora Young says :

Some good quotes, Sara. One of my favorites (makes me laugh every time) is: To those of you who received honors, awards and distinctions, I say, well done. And to the C students, I say to you: you, too, can be president of the United States.
    – George W. Bush, receiving an honorary degree at Yale, quoted from Newsweek, June 4, 2001

    • Sara Meisinger says :

I love your quote, Lora!! I may write it out in my best writing and hang it on every wall in our house! Perhaps it would inspire the boys and remind me that it isn’t all about the grade! Thanks for sharing.

  5. Ian says :

There are some beauties there, Sara. My take note of a few of them. Especially like No 4.

    • Sara Meisinger says :

I think when I turned 40, #4 became my motto. I didn’t want to live the next 40 years of ‘what ifs’. It’s added some fun memories to my life!

  6. Jeanie Berg says :

I love them all! But I think my favorite is #2….skidding in sideways, and shouting WooHoo! I have instructed my family to have a certain song at my funeral…..sung by Jeff and Sherri Easter “It’s Party Time!”
I wish there was a Like button on each of your comments…..Julane, I like your idea of needing a bigger body to hold all your personality!!
