I remember this day–it was my 13th birthday present! The worst part was having the second ear done and waiting for that “pop”! Two years ago Isaac informed me he was getting me earrings for Christmas. I had to go have mine repierced because I’d let them close shut…still hard to have that second ear done! What a sweetie! I never have gotten my ears pierced….I’m just not that big of a jewelery wearer. (Or maybe I was chicken!)
Mine were done in the fifth grade. The neighbor lady pierced mine with a needle. She numbed my ears some by putting clothes pins on them. My second piercing was done with a gun. I have to say, the gun was “way” better. =)
